Pay-to-Witness-Public-Key-Hash (P2WPKH)

SegWit version-0 output that commits to a 20-byte public-key hash and places the spending signature and public key in the witness. P2WPKH reduces transaction weight and avoids the legacy txid malleability problem while preserving the familiar single-key payment model.
