Current Bitcoin Core package RBF supports limited 1P1C-style replacement of conflicting in-mempool transaction packages when the replacement satisfies aggregate-fee, incremental-fee, cluster-limit, and feerate-improvement rules, allowing child fees to replace a package rather than only a single transaction.
